SILR invites you to attend a special event in partnership with The Polyglot: a magazine launch party!

SILR has collaborated with The Polyglot magazine to publish a special issue celebrating Indigenous languages and the arts. This magazine features poetry, stories, and artwork in Indigenous languages from across Turtle Island.

  • Time: 5:30 – 8:30 PM

  • Doors Open: 5:30 PM

  • Program Starts: 6:00 PM

• Venue: La Cité francophone (8627 Rue Marie-Anne Gaboury, Edmonton, AB T6C 3N1)

• Food: Provided (If you have dietary restrictions, please email info@silr.ca by Nov 29. We will do our best to accommodate!)

• Bonus: Each guest will receive a complimentary copy of the magazine.

• Parking: Free guest parking is available north of the building.

This gathering will include readings and sharing from the Indigenous artists and poets who contributed to this issue.
